Strange Unusual Psychic Paranormal and the Unexplained

I was contacted by a concerned mother, who sent me this email:

We were out looking for pre-schools with Christopher, our 4 year old son. We attended the open house for a preschool run by a large Catholic church in North Beach. It seemed like a good fit until I saw Christopher sitting in the corner, staring at nothing. I went over to see what he was doing, he was nodding and saying things like “uhhuh, no, yes”. Then he turned, smiled at me and ran off to play with the other kids.

That night I woke up very late and Christopher was standing next to the bed, muttering. I asked him what was wrong and he spoke to me. Christopher knows Spanish and English, the language he spoke was neither. I took him to bed and tucked him in.

A few days later I go into his room, Christopher was sitting on his bed, facing the corner, rocking back and forth and speaking in this other language. I touched his shoulder and he turned, I don’t know how to explain it but he looked at me with eyes that were not his.

We took him to the doctor who ran some tests and found nothing wrong with his brain or chemical balance. What the hell is going on?

I immediately called and set up an appointment to first visit with mom, then Christopher.

The home, built in 1924 and remodeled in 2006, had no history of  hauntings and as I arrived all I felt was the energy of the family. Sitting down with the mother, I calm her down and have her go over all the events as she had experienced them. I also went over the history of both the house and the Church where this started and discovered that the current location of the church was also completed in 1924, but founded in 1884 by the Salesian order.

I explained that I wanted to take video and pictures of Christopher’s room as well as record the upcoming conversation with the child, hopefully catching an EVP or two. With the mother’s permission, I set up. We were going to be talking in the dining room

Time came for me to meet Christopher. As soon as that little boy walked in I could see a misty hand on his shoulder. It didn’t feel like a possession, but there was definitely a link. Sitting down with Christopher, I talked with him first to make sure he knew the difference between himself and others (Phalen, my son, sometimes has a fluid sense of self) and to make certain that he only knew Spanish and English. I settled him for meditation. The spirit came up almost instantly, the boy’s voice changed pitch as well as language. I was actually relieved to recognize the language, big thanks to my Italian cousin, who insisted that I learn to at least recognize  basic Italian and to whomever thought up online translation apps.

The following conversation is transcribed exactly as it was recorded. In parentheses I’ve put the translation.

Qual è il tuo nome? (What is your name?)

Gio (Gio)

dove sei nato? (where were you born?)

Becchi ( Becchi { about 30 miles east of Turin})

Tu sei italiano? (You’re Italian?)

sì (yes)

È per questo che erano in chiesa? (Is that why you were at the church?)

sì (yes)

eri un prete? (were you a priest?)

Ho seguito gli insegnamenti di Giovanni Melchiorre Bosco. (I followed the teachings of Giovanni Melchiorre Bosco.)

Un salesiano? (A Salesian?)

sì (yes)

quando ti sei unito l’Ordine salesiano? (when did you join the Salesian Order?)

nel diciottesimo anno del pontificato di Sua Santità, Pio nono. (in the eighteenth year of the papacy of his Holiness, Pius the nineth.)

Perché sei con questo ragazzo? (Why are you with this boy?)

mio figlio (my son)

Gio, questo è Christopher, è il figlio di Rick e di Maria (Gio, this is Christopher, he is Rick and Mary’s son)

Non è mio figlio (Not my son)

Sei alla ricerca di tuo figlio? (Are you looking for your son?)

sì (yes)

Fu lui giovane, quando è passato? (was he young when he passed?)

sì (yes)

mi lasceresti il compito di aiutarla attraversare? Tuo figlio è nei cieli (would you let me try to help you cross over? Your son is in Heaven)

Sì, vorrei stare con mio figlio (Yes, I would like to be with my son)

Avrete bisogno di lasciar andare Christopher. Non si può parlare attraverso di lui più (You will need to let go of Christopher. You can’t speak through him anymore)

Capisco. (I understand.)

<Christopher’s voice> daddy got me ice cream!

I could feel the energy split between the spirit and child. I pulled a protective bubble around the house and called the Archangel Azrael. The joy radiating off Gio almost made me cry. I watched the young man embrace the angel and they both glowed. I heard the laughter of a small child just as the light got too bright for my senses. Then they were gone.

I’ll be following up with the family in a few weeks to make sure everything has calmed down and returned to normal.

This is a review of the Four Seasons Vacation Home we stayed in… and it was haunted!

Read the review below, it includes some very creepy happenings at the Four Seasons. To the point people would not sleep in their rooms.

We rented the Four Seasons House. The biggest location we could find as we had 21 people and the house sleeps 14. A few of my other friends rented condos next door.

The people at the front desk were nice to me over the phone, but when my mother called she said those were rude people and so did my nephew. So I was the one who spoke to them if we needed to get an extra night or ask a question. When we arrived these people were not friendly. They look at you as if you do not belong there. But after paying out so much money a night I could care less. I wasn’t going to be intimidated. They gave me my keys while my family rented games and movies for the week.

That night someone handed me an envelope and said this was taped to the office door and it was an envelope with my name on it. It had an extra key. I was confused and then I realized they left it out for the people who hadn’t made it yet. The party of three that had not arrived. I thought that was so kind. We didn’t ask them to do it, but they did. I thought differently of them after. When we went to the office for trash bags, towels and to tell them the fridge doesn’t get cold. They gave us what we needed. I think the trick is not calling them on the phones like they are maids, but going to the office which is attached to the house. They said we have to get a bucket of ice and put it in the fridge if we wanted it colder because if we turn down the temp, the pipes would freeze. That part sucked we had a lot of food and for the price I felt we should have a working refrigerator.

It also had a washer dryer in the kitchen! Sweet… and the nook was just the best place to read, get a view, and listen to the birds along with eating meals there.

There was enough parking in the drive way for our six cars! Plus. We went into the house and it looks way better than the pictures. In the pictures the furniture looks like it’s from the 70′s and looks miss matched. When you walk in everything fits. There are decks all around the house. French doors lead out onto the deck from the dinning room. The living room had more than enough space. The master bedroom which was HUGE, had a fireplace, semi comfy bed, a bathroom the size of a big bedroom, his and her sinks, a hot sauna that worked just fine… to fine we got cooked! A bathtub you could swim in. But one morning I went to fill it up and after 20 minutes I gave up. I even left and came back and it barely had water. It takes a good hour to fill up that tub.The shower and toilet have their own separate space in the room itself and it has closets and shelves in the bath room area.

The first night four people complained of spirits/ghost. Yes the house was haunted. A person who didn’t even believe in ghost said she tried to put her clothes in the drawer only to feel something push her out and she went upstairs, because she was so uncomfortable. The person is in their 60′s, no someone who gives into to flights of fancy. When she said something I took notice. I knew it was haunted, but I was trying to ignore it and enjoy my vacation for the most part. The problem is it sounded as if other people couldn’t enjoy their vacation due to the haunting. Four people at different time would come in and ask me “You know this house is haunted, right?” Or that they felt something in the house. Most people were just dealing with it until it became bother some. The stuffed bears were some what creepy and cute at the same time. The kids refused to sleep in the kids room because they felt someone was up there with them and that’s when we started seeing more people in the house then there should be. We saw a woman on the stairs and we looked back to she she was gone. It wasn’t someone from our group, more than one person saw her and she couldn’t have disappeared that fast, unless she really, literally disappeared.

I couldn’t sleep in the master bedroom because I felt like someone kept me awake. I had to go upstairs to finally get some sleep. One of the women stayed upstairs had put her bags down in her room. When she came back the clothes and stuff had been tossed around. We were all upstairs and no one saw anyone go into her room which is off to the side of the living room and kitchen. You can see it from anyone upstairs.  The adults spent most of the time in the kitchen because it felt like the least crowded place in the house with the spirits taking over. Our first night our friend got there at 2am. She banged on the door and no on heard her. We had to keep locking the door all night  because it would unlock itself which is impossible. Our friend tried to get in and it was locked a few seconds later as she walked away then heard someone unlatch the door and she walked in. We were all in the kitchen and no one was at the door. After that incident the door didn’t unlock itself anymore. Was the spirit waiting on our friend?

We actually ended up doing a quick investigation with the ghost phone and then did spiritual cleansing. After that the house was livable. I don’t think it is haunted anymore. We ended up having the BEST night sleep after that. How ever at one point before we did the clearing my third eye (space between my brow) swelled. I thought I might have to go to the hospital. I’ve never seen anything like it. At that point I could hear one of the spirits talking to me. He was telling me he lived in the house and he was waiting for a woman who was Indian/Mexican from the 1900′s early 1900′s. He wasn’t a part of the house, but the land. He had lost the love of his life whom was buried near by and was waiting for her. It was sad. This man said that they had the type of love people only dream of.  It was nice to get that feeling we helped him or freed him. Once we helped him my third eye went down back to normal.

The hot tub smelled so bad like mildew. It wasn’t cleaned or kept up. After the second night we had to get chlorine and put it in their ourselves. That was the most disgusting part of the house. Sitting in mildew water. The hot tub room had it’s own private doors and you can see out of the glass french doors and watch the kids play, see the bar and the pool table and the other french doors lead out onto the deck. Amazing, amazing, amazing. Best part of the house when it doesn’t smell.

Over all I suggest this location. Once the spirits were gone, the ice was put in the fridge and the chlorine in the hot tub it was pretty amazing.

The kitchen is stocked with cups, glass, plates etc… and plenty of towels in the house. It’s way better than a hotel and we had ify wi-fi, but it was vacation so who cares.
